Hi, my name is Michael. A few years ago I landed in South China to work. Pretty soon I was learning a handful of new languages and devouring books on Marketing, Management, Technology, Disruption, Psychology, Society, Philosophy and Design. I know I’m not the only one. Many of us stepping into management roles, in cities all over the world are faced with questions like,
